Keystone Squash is a program aimed at elementary and middle school age kids in the Stamford area looking to play squash, learn some cool science, and meet new people. The program focuses on two aspects: Squash training and STEM. For details about time or further questions, please contact us.

Squash Training:

Students at Keystone Squash receive training from world class squash players and coaches from Sportsplex as well as the Darien High School girls and boys squash team.

As students of all levels are welcome (most have never picked up a racket before!), practice includes basic training, match play, and lots of games. Practice is not only great exercise, but lots of fun as well!

Rackets, balls, and goggles for play are provided.

STEM:

STEM stands for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math and is a very important to today's world.

In addition to squash, students at Keystone are taught STEM concepts through a variety experiments and projects aimed to be both educational and interesting. The curriculum covers basic science concepts such as chemical reactions, energy, the human body, and chemical cycles.
